About Sashi
I have been practising as a Natural Intuitive Healer since the early 1990`s. I studied with the NFSH and then over a period of several years studied and practised Mikao Usui Reiki with Carrlyn Clay of the International Reiki Institute. Finally I became an Independent Usui Reiki Master/Teacher in 2002.
I soon realised that regardless of what `label` was put on to a healing method, the principal was the same and soon reverted to my own effective method of Natural Intuitive Energy Healing. I now work as a Transpersonal Therapist, combining powerful therapeutic methods to facilitate healing and behaviour changes in the easiest quickest way possible.
In 2000 I opened my own Holistic Centre, creating a peaceful, safe environment to work in, which in turn acted as a catalyst for bringing together many like-minded people. I was soon running development groups in Meditation and Visualisation, Spiritual and Intuitive Awareness and Healing for Personal Growth. The reputation of the `Sashi` Holistic Centre grew, and people would often travel country-wide to visit us and attend appointments.
During one to one healing sessions, I often discovered clients had spontaneous recollections of, what appeared to be former lifetimes. In many cases these memories seemed to explain current issues or problems they were experiencing. During my own childhood, and again as an adult I had experienced Deja Vu moments, and strong memories of what I now believe could have been previous lifetimes, this triggered my interest in the possibility that we may have more than one incarnation. After spending many hours researching the subject still retaining an open mind, I went on to undertake formal training in Regression Therapy, which covered Age Regression (current lifetime) and Past Life Regression (former lifetimes). During my training, I experienced first hand what it was like to have a Past Life Regression using hypnosis to induce a relaxed and trance-like state. The results of my own regression were fascinating, and whether I had temporarily relived a former lifetime or just produced an experience with my own subconscious mind, it no longer seemed to matter, the most important issue was I had discovered a powerful and therapeutic tool to add to my toolkit. For me Past Life Regression was an enjoyable experience which had the added bonus of healing some long standing issues.
My training in Hypnotherapy and Past Life Regression Therapy took place at The European College of Hypnotherapy under the guidance of reknowned psychologist Dr. Keith Hearne, and I then went on to train as an NLP Practitioner with Paul McKenna and Michael Neill at Paul McKenna Training.
