Natural Intuitive Energy Healing
Natural Intuitive Energy Healing is an effective therapeutic method of energy transfer which works by encouraging the clients own energy system to kick-start into releasing any blockages or imbalances which may be occurring on a physical, emotional, mental or spiritual level.
This healing method is one of the most simple, safe and gentle types of therapy, is non-invasive and simple accesses the Universal Energy Force that is available to us all. During a session Sashi channels a flow of positive natural vibrational energy through the palms of her hands by placing them in various positions over the body of the recipient.
Although Sashi studied to Level 1 & 2 with the National Federation of Spiritual Healers, then over a period of several years studied and practised Mikao Usui Reiki becoming an Independent Reiki Master in 2002, she prefers to use her own effective method of Natural Energy Healing. This healing method appears to treat the root cause level. It is often observed by clients receiving a treatment that effects and sensations can be felt in a completely different part of the body to that of Sashi`s hands.
The energy seems to flow automatically to where it is needed most. Sashi often feels compelled to move her hands to various seemingly random positions over the recipients body.
During a healing session the body seems to go into an Alpha state known to reduce stress levels in the body. The client often becomes deeply relaxed, experiencing the treatment in a very individual way, no two experiences seem to be exactly the same.
The recipient may feel slight tingling, warm or cool sensations throughout the body, or just a deep sense of wellbeing and relaxation. People have very different experiences, some feel a profound sense of peace, others may have no actual physical sensations, but enter a deeply relaxed state allowing the body to direct the energy to where it is needed most.
A typical session last approximately one hour, during which time you will either lay fully clothed on a couch, or in some cases the energy exchange may take place with you in a sitting position.

Reiki
Reiki is a powerful form of Ancient Natural Healing which was rediscovered in the mid 1800`s by Dr Mikao Usui, the Principal of the Doshisha University in Kyoto, Japan.
Reiki means, Rei (Universal) Ki (Life Force) and works on all levels of the human energy field. The practice involves tappping into the Universal Life Force which surrounds us all in a similar way to Natural Intuitive Healing.
During a typical Reiki session Sashi places her hands in various positions above the recipients body, this treatment follows a more uniform method of working, as it is believed that the energy guides itself to where it is required most without any intuitive input from the therapist.
This approach to healing helps to release any blockage and negativity that may be causing an imbalance contributing to emotional and physical pain.
When receiving Reiki the client can experience relaxation, clarity, a general feeling of well-being, and a more positive state of mind.
